To promote sales in this exclusive enclave in the hills above Monterey Bay, Full Steam created a series of direct mail pieces that communicate the elegance and beauty of an exquisite natural environment through materials with an interplay of intriguing information, lush photography and earthy tones and textures. The intent was to entice a specific list of high-end prospects to set an appointment for a site tour. Each piece in the series was expected to generate interest in purchasing a site and developing a dream estate. We produced the direct mail series within a mandated six week turnaround time. Our client felt the campaign provided the final link in a marketing effort that helped secure the sale of the first phase of exclusive homesites within their 90-day goal.
