Full Steam Marketing & Design Launches New Interactive Website
“RECIPE FOR LIVING”
Salinas, California – Jan 30, 2007
When Woodman Development Company wanted to launch their newest residential project in King City, they needed a communications company that knows how to speak to the rich diversity of our Monterey County community. They chose Full Steam Marketing & Design.
The resulting marketing campaign, including a bilingual, interactive website, www.millsranchkingcity.com, effectively conveys the image that Woodman Development’s C.F.O. Will Silva envisioned from day one. “The website is designed to give visitors a vibrant visual experience of the Mills Ranch lifestyle”, says Silva. “It is easy to navigate, and tells the Mills Ranch story in simple terms.”
Providing an engaging web experience in both English and Spanish, the website follows a home-grown “Recipe for Living” theme that features descriptions and elevation drawings of each of the four distinct home types. The site illustrates the vision of a modern planned community created for the needs of Monterey County residents, with several levels of home investment, including beautifully designed apartments designated as low-income housing.
The website also allows potential buyers to pre-qualify for their home selection through a link with Wells Fargo Bank’s financial services. “The website is equipped with a link to allow prospective homebuyers to pre-qualify for a home loan on-line with the project’s preferred lender,” Silva explains. “The website also provides links to our various team members and their websites, providing information on other communities and real estate services.”
“Mills Ranch is about more than homes—it’s about community. It is a neighborhood designed to honor the great communities of the past. We needed modern communication tools to allow interested families to learn about Mills Ranch, and Full Steam Marketing & Design has designed exactly what we wanted.”
