New Websites Bring Developer’s Vision to Life
Vibrant design and powerful tools enable developer to convey up-to-the minute images and information on activities and projects
Salinas, California – Apr 27, 2010
Full Steam Marketing & Design today announced the completion of two new websites that capture the energy and essence of smart growth developer Urban Community Partners and its development project Laurel, a mixed-use community and local farm planned for Yuma, Arizona.
Monterey-based Urban Community Partners is a developer and development consultant dedicated to creating communities that are environmentally sensitive, economically sustainable and socially equitable. Laurel, funded by landowner and Salinas grower Tanimura & Antle, is a new neighborhood planned for Yuma, Arizona which will incorporate a unique blend of residential, retail, recreation, commercial and agricultural uses.
“Our new website uniquely captures who we are,” said Ian Gillis, President, Urban Community Partners. “We are a very hands-on team and the rich imagery allows us to convey a clear image of what we do. Plus we can manage our own website content using Full Steam’s PowerNetToolsSM. That takes “hands on” to a whole new level.”
PowerNetTools, developed by Full Steam, is a website content management system designed specifically for non-technical users and tailored to the individual needs of each unique site. With no HTML or programming knowledge required, the task of keeping website content fresh and current is a simple, intuitive task that anyone in the organization can perform.
