Salinas, California – Feb 05, 2003

Full Steam Marketing & Design has been awarded a contract by the National Steinbeck Center to produce three multi-media presentations for the upcoming Valley of the World exhibit scheduled to open in July, 2003.

These three exhibits are designed to offer a closer, more personal look into the world of agriculture in the Salinas Valley. The rich heritage of the area will be explored through personal interviews heard in the native tongues of those who have lived and worked in the Salinas Valley. Highlights include stories and commentaries by the area’s leaders in the agriculture industry. This intimate approach offers a unique portrait of the people behind the lettuce, broccoli, and other produce that consumers find in their local grocery store.

Full Steam will be using the new High-Definition video format, which offers superior picture resolution over standard broadcast television. Final delivery will be authored onto DVD for integration into the Valley of the World exhibit.

"This project is a great example of our strength in combining technology with creativity," said Brad Smith, President, Full Steam Marketing & Design. "It is an element that sets this agency apart from the rest. We are very excited to be working with the National Steinbeck Center on this important project."
