Fullsteam Acquires Class Registration Management Leader Enrollware

Fullsteam, a holding company acquiring software and payments businesses, announced today the acquisition of Ordered Wave LLC and its online class registration scheduling and management platform – Enrollware. This is Fullsteam’s first acquisition in the class registration management industry.

Enrollware provides robust, web-based class scheduling and management for healthcare, government and corporate organizations. Class registration pages are available 24/7 and can be fully customized, including colors, images and enrollment questions. With document upload capability, Enrollware eliminates paper forms and files and simplifies registration and recordkeeping. Instructors can quickly and easily contact students through email campaigns, and automatic confirmation, reminder and renewal emails help to prevent participants from missing classes.

“We’re very happy to add Enrollware to the Fullsteam portfolio of companies,” said Fullsteam CEO Michael A. Lawler. “By providing a modern, customizable web-based solution, we believe Enrollware is well positioned for long-term growth in the class scheduling and management industry.”

Widely used in the healthcare industry, Enrollware is American Heart Association (AHA) Program Administration Manual compliant and offers special functionality for AHA classes, including eCard issuance directly from the software. Enrollware provides industry leading solutions to streamline and automate hospital community training programs and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) class registration and student tracking.

“We’re excited about the opportunities for Enrollware as part of the Fullsteam organization,
said Enrollware President Steve Johnson. “Our ability to leverage their payment processing technology, as well as operational and management talent, will allow us to better focus our efforts on continued growth and market expansion.”
