Fullsteam Acquires Event Rental Systems

Fullsteam, a holding company acquiring software and payments businesses, recently announced the acquisition of Event Rental Systems (ERS), a provider of event rental management software and services. ERS is Fullsteam’s first acquisition in the event rental management market.

The ERS software is a web-based system that provides event rental merchants with all the tools to efficiently run their business including online orders and event scheduling, real-time delivery tracking and electronic payment processing. ERS also provides options for creating custom websites for its customers.

“ERS is a great fit for the Fullsteam family,” said CEO Michael A. Lawler. “It’s a first-class software package with great opportunity for growth.”

Founded in 2009 by Rob Weinstein and Corey Fiala, Event Rental Systems is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Today thousands of companies across the United States use ERS software for event rental management.

ERS co-founder Weinstein will be a Fullsteam President and continue to lead the company as part of the acquisition. “We’re thrilled to be part of Fullsteam,” Weinstein said, “and we truly believe the best days for ERS are in front of us. We look forward to further enhancing our software and delivering new features to our customers through the Fullsteam platform.”
