Fullsteam Acquires Family Entertainment Center Leader Party Center Software

Fullsteam, a holding company acquiring software and payments businesses, announced today the acquisition of Agile Software & Marketing, creators of Party Center Software, an industry leading software platform for Family Entertainment Centers (FEC).

Party Center Software provides everything FEC owners need to successfully operate their businesses. The software provides 24/7 access for guests to check availability and book parties online, an ecommerce storefront, digital security waivers, and integrated payment processing. The company’s services also include custom implementation plans and assistance with launching the software for new clients.

“We’re very pleased to add Party Center Software to the Fullsteam family,” said Fullsteam CEO Michael A. Lawler. “The FEC software industry is an exciting and challenging vertical, and we believe Party Center Software is one of the top providers in this market, and it should be for years to come.”

Based in Cameron Park, CA, founder Scott Drummond started Agile Software & Marketing in 1998, and the company launched Party Center Software in 2006. Since its inception, Party Center Software has been used to book more than four million parties and process greater than $2 billion in FEC payments. Drummond will remain with the company as a Fullsteam President.

“I am ecstatic about Party Center Software becoming part of Fullsteam.” Drummond said. “With Fullsteam behind us, we will be able to focus on enhancing the PCS software experience for our clients and their customers.”
