Canadian Code of Conduct Complaint

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (the “FCAC”) has established a Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry (the “Code”), a copy of which is available at the FCAC’s website.

Fullsteam has established a process for managing potential Code compliance violations. If you have a complaint about a particular element of the Code, please submit your complaint below. Please ensure that all information requested is provided so that we may appropriately investigate the matter.

We will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within five (5) business days and address within a maximum of twenty (20) business days according to the order of urgency. We will keep you notified and informed throughout the process. If a response cannot be provided within twenty (20) business days, you will be informed of the reason for the delay and the expected response time.

We will investigate all complaints and provide a substantive response to you that consists of either an offer to resolve the complaint or denial of the complaint with reasons.
